Hi!
I'm Jim Taylor, and Rolyat Corp. Ltd. is my company, through which I have been offering a broad range of services continuously since 1978.
Formerly a public school teacher, I have been a consultant and adult educator since 1984; I have taught for Grant MacEwan Community College, Red Deer College and the University of Alberta Faculty of Extension. I have been creating and delivering my own well received "Mindware Training Seminars" workshops since 1990 and have just begun offering Appreciative Inquiry workshops in Africa.
The focus of my consulting work is:
- organization development, especially using Appreciative Inquiry,
- performance evaluation using "BARS", and
- meeting process design and facilitation in emotionally charged environments.
My vision is to continue to use Appreciative Inquiry to help organizations and groups around the world to become the best that they can be.

Music is another of my passions, especially making music and singing with others. I have another web site www.singharmony.com that helps to spread the joy of singing Christmas Carols in 4-part harmony, as well as the choral parts of Handel's Messiah, Bach's Magnificat, and Vivaldi's Gloria. I also provide music scores to the three classical works, which people can download for free from my web site.
