My services are of two types: training, and consulting.
Training
I offer "Mindware Training Seminars", workshops that teach useful mental "software", practical, transferrable skills which can be applied in a broad range of contexts.

Consulting
My consulting work is focused on the following four areas:
- Organization development, especially using Appreciative Inquiry i.e. helping groups to systematically discover their strengths and create their ideal future by leveraging their assets to become the best they can be.
- Performance evaluation - specifically helping organizations to develop Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales as part of a holistic performance evaluation strategy.
- Meeting design and facilitation, especially when the issues under discussion are contentious and emotions are running high. I have become a "go to" consultant locally to work with groups experiencing conflict.
- Research and project management, often for the purpose of organization development.
